The Living Room includes a sofa bed, club chair, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. We also provide 2x folding beds –please let us know in advance to prepare accordingly.

The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. Parking is available at either –same building underground or in a near by parking lot. Please budget for parking and contact us if you need to reserve one.

Guest access

You have access to the entire apartment, and all the fantastic amenities this building offers to its tenants. Access to the Fitness Center is available for Free.

-Please DO NOT interact with building staff or maintenance team, you must always communicate with us, as your host. A $500 fine will be charged for each day of your stay, if that rule is broken.
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed a $500 fine will be charged for smoking or partying. Max guest capacity is 3 for One-Bedroom, 5 for Two-Bedroom, and 7 for Three-Bedroom –Unless agreed with us before checking in. (We may accept additional guests for an extra fee), violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events.
-Please note that parking is free for monthly stays, $45 per night for short stays.
-Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
-Please note that all guests who over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID’s, no exceptions.
-Please do not keep any food in the bedroom.
-Maintenance request take 24-48 hours to be handled. No control over maintenance.
-NOTE: All guests are required to provide email addresses to access the building via Latch App.
-All food/beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment.
