The Living Room includes a sofa day bed that turns into 2 full beds, folding bed (at request), one side chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. Please note that roof-top is not attached to condo but part of building amenities.

The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. *disclaimer* Parking is free for monthly stays*.

Guests can access the:

– Gym, BBQ grillers, business center and secured parking lots.

Other things to note

– No Parties, Birthday Parties or any sort of Party Gathering is allowed. Noise or loud music at anytime during your stay will result in unfortunate cancellation of your stay. The apartment is equipped with Noise Detectors to stay in compliance with the city ordinance.

– No smoking allowed on premises. $500 fine & immediate cancellation will result if violated otherwise.

– Please note that this is a residential community. Since you are not on a long term lease, the onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you. Please be sure to reach out directly to us, your hosts, so we may resolve any issue should one arise. Long term stays (30+ days) are required to pay for cleaning 2x a month, each at $199. This is a requirement by owner and none negotiable.

– Remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. All guests are required to send a photo ID if they’re 18+ of age, no exceptions. Thank you and enjoy your stay with us.
